He converted a shed into a private brewery and pub that was proclaimed by Forbes magazine as “America’s coolest home brewery.” His beer adventures have taken him to Canada, the United Kingdom and Russia. Chris has portrayed Bethlehem’s first brewmaster John Sebastian Goundie and brewed award-winning beers from long-lost recipes.
