Just $11.95 (if prepaid with your other activities) or $12.95 (if paid on-site) gets you a heaping portion of scrumptious Mexican delicacies.

Our Mexican Fiesta dinner menu includes beef and chicken enchiladas, beef and chicken burritos, Mexican rice, refried beans, corn salad, and Mexican cole slaw. Our desserts menu will include rice pudding and watermelon.
If you want, you can include your special Mexican Fiesta dinner as part of our three meal deal ($22.95/person when you prepay with your activity) that includes a breakfast buffet, box lunch and of course, the Mexican-themed dinner.  If like us, you’re stuffed at the end of the day, remember you can settle in (and sleep it off) in a tent or bunkhouse at our rustic campground!

To make this great weekend even better, there will be a special dam release that makes our whitewater even whiter! Enjoy class 2-3 rapids on one of our Premier Whitewater Rafting Trips or Inflatable Kayaking Trips. Or, bring the family for a fun day out on Class 1-2 rapids, on our Family-Style trip.
