Building Volunteer Capacity for Trail Safety and Environmental Protection: D&L Trail Patrol and Adopt-a-Section of D&L Trail (EVENT #1)

Do you love the #DLTrail? Interested in getting more involved? Consider joining our 2022 Regional Trail Workshops on May 14! Become the Eyes & Ears of the D&L Trail by joining the #DLTrailPatrol. Get out on bike or by foot twice a month to answer trail-side questions and alert the D&L of any fallen trees, erosion, and/or trail maintenance issues. More interested in helping with maintenance? Then #AdoptASection of the D&L Trail! We’ll provide you with the tools needed to assist with sign cleaning, litter removal, brush removal, and other “light” tasks. Unlike our planned #TrailTender events, participants can do this on their own time when it’s most convenient for them.
