What to Expect: -Learn to Identify Invasive Species: Gain the ability to recognize common invasive plants in the region and understand their impact on native habitats. -Hands-On Removal Techniques: Receive practical training on safe and effective methods for removing invasive species, including the tools and strategies most commonly used. -Ecological Insights: Learn how invasive species disrupt ecosystems and why their removal is essential for the health of our preserves. -Work with Experts: Interact with members of Wildlands Conservancy’s Stewardship team and other volunteers passionate about conservation.
