Join Creativity Steward and strategic innovation advisor Christa Heydt-Hernandez for this live virtual session offered as a celebration of World Creativity and Innovation Day and in support of the Inner Development Goals. In 60 minutes, you'll be introduced to the research-backed distinction between organizational culture and creative climate, learn how to recognize where climate shows up (and breaks down) in the teams and spaces you lead, and discover a practical framework for stepping into your role as an active steward of creative climates.
